To study the efficacy of these extracts in animals, 120 mice were divided into four treatments by body weight. Each treatment included 6 cages, with 5 mice per cage. Control (CN) group, the groupsC1(AB), C2 (AI) and C3 were given C1, C2, and C3, respectively. The experiment lasted for 21d. The body weight of each mouse and feed intake per cage were measured every 3d. Growth performance index, including body weight gain, feed intake, and feed to gain, were calculated. At the end of this feeding experiment, 6 mice from each treatment (CN, AB and AI) were selected and euthanized, and the colonic contents were collected immediately. 16S rRNA gene was sequenced using the Illumina Miseq platform (Novogene, Beijing, China).
为探究此类提取物在动物体内的功效,将120只小鼠按体重分为4个处理组。每个处理组设置6个饲养笼,每笼饲养5只小鼠。对照组(CN)、C1(AB)组、C2(AI)组与C3组分别接受C1、C2、C3处理。本实验周期为21天,每3天测定一次每只小鼠的体重及每笼的采食量。计算包括增重、采食量与料重比在内的生长性能指标。饲养实验结束后,从每个处理组(CN、AB、AI)中选取6只小鼠实施安乐死,并立即采集结肠内容物。采用Illumina Miseq测序平台(诺禾致源Novogene,中国北京)对16S rRNA基因进行测序。
