Effect of pemafibrate on gene expression under Th17 differentiation condition

To investigate the effect of pemafibrate to Th17 cells, we differentiated naive T cells under Th17 condition. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 groups at 48hr after polarization. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for vehicle and pemafibrate-treated cells.

为探究培马贝特（pemafibrate）对辅助性T细胞17（Th17）的调控作用，我们在Th17极化条件下诱导初始T细胞（naive T cells）完成分化。
随后，我们获取极化诱导后48小时的两组样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，并以此开展基因表达谱分析。
本次分析针对溶剂对照组与培马贝特处理组细胞的RNA-seq数据，完成了比较基因表达谱分析。
