Coding dataset and digitised release curves for a review of time-programmable hydrogels for spinal cord injury
收藏资源简介:
Coding dataset and digitised release curves accompanying a review of time-programmable hydrogels for spinal cord injury. This deposit contains everything needed to recompute every quantitative claim in the review. Supplementary_Table_S1_coding.xlsx codes all 57 included primary studies on three axes: the chemical cue that orders the later release event, the temporal level of the design (one cue; an ordered pair; a chain crossing three or more pathological stages), and the pathological stage each system targets. Supplementary_Table_S2_window_assignment.xlsx records the target window assigned to each of the fourteen payloads and the basis for that assignment. Supplementary_Table_S3_sensitivity.xlsx gives the temporal matching index for the seven systems with published release data under three window-boundary scenarios. Supplementary_Table_S4_digitised.xlsx holds the release values read point by point from the published curves (fourteen payloads, 153 points). tmi.py is a short reference implementation of the temporal matching index: TMI = 1 - |ln(t_half / t_mid)| / ln(W), where t_mid is the geometric midpoint of the target window and W its width as a ratio. Running "python tmi.py demo" reproduces Table 2 of the review from the digitised curves, 14 of 14 payload scores, and prints each computed value next to the published one. Two limits are stated in the README and apply to any reuse. The half-release times are in vitro quantities, measured in buffer or enzyme solution; in tissue the same material will usually release faster, so the index scores the timing a design intends rather than the timing a lesion receives. And the window assigned to a payload is a judgement, documented payload by payload; it is the dominant sensitivity of the index, moving the DSDH and RA@Lip system scores from 0.21 and 0.06 to about 0.55 and 0.54 if the three immune payloads are assigned to the acute rather than the subacute window.
