Chaenogobius annularis has two geographic groups (Pacific Ocean and Sea of Japan groups), and the two groups have formed a stable hybrid population. To investigate the maintenance mechanisms of this hybrid population, we analyzed the genomic status of the two groups and the hybrid population by de novo genome sequencing, RAD sequencing, amplicon sequencing, RNA sequencing, and whole mitogenome sequencing.

环带栉虾虎鱼(Chaenogobius annularis)存在两个地理类群,分别为太平洋类群与日本海类群,二者已形成稳定的杂交种群。为探究该杂交种群的维持机制,我们通过从头基因组测序(de novo genome sequencing)、RAD测序(RAD sequencing)、扩增子测序(amplicon sequencing)、RNA测序(RNA sequencing)以及全线粒体基因组测序(whole mitogenome sequencing),对上述两个类群及其杂交种群的基因组状态进行了分析。
