We analyzed RNAs bound to FLAG tagged ZCCHC14 protein in HAV infected 293T cells using enhanced crosslinking-immunoprecipitation (eCLIP) and next generation sequencing (NGS), in order to identify ZCCHC14 binding sites on cellular and HAV RNAs. Examination of RNA sequences bound to FLAG tagged ZCCHC14 protein in HAV infected 293T cells.
本研究采用增强型交联免疫沉淀(enhanced crosslinking-immunoprecipitation,eCLIP)结合下一代测序(next generation sequencing,NGS)技术,对甲型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis A Virus,HAV)感染的293T细胞中与FLAG标签标记的ZCCHC14蛋白结合的RNA进行分析,旨在鉴定ZCCHC14在宿主细胞RNA及甲型肝炎病毒RNA上的结合位点。
本研究同时对甲型肝炎病毒感染的293T细胞中与FLAG标签标记的ZCCHC14蛋白结合的RNA序列开展了检测工作。
