Double digest restriction site associated DNA sequencing (ddRAD-seq) of the masked palm civet on Japan and Taiwan

We applied double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (ddRAD-seq) to the masked palm civet populations in Japan and Taiwan. Our project utilized muscle tissue samples from 177 masked palm civets.

本研究针对日本及中国台湾地区的花面狸（masked palm civet）种群，采用双酶切限制性位点相关DNA测序（double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing，ddRAD-seq）技术开展分析。本项目共使用177份花面狸的肌肉组织样本。
