Lyrebird is a tool for profiling dsDNA bacteriophages in shotgun metagenomes, using the SingleM framework. The data here is the Lyrebird "metapackage" which is the reference package to be used with Lyrebird in e.g. "pipe" mode. https://github.com/wwood/singlem. The latest version is built using HMMs sourced from the PHROGs database v4.1, with dsDNA phage genomes sourced from ICTV MSL 38 and IMG/VR v4.1.
