AbEMap results: Confusion matrix for BM5.5 Ab sequence inputs

The summary confusion matrix (residue based) for the epitope mapping done by AbEMap on 21 of the new antigens in BM5.5 with the respective antibody sequence as input. The text file contains the True Positive (TP), False Positive (FP), False Negative (FN) and True Negative (TN) counts for each antibody-antigen copmplex at different residue ranking thresholds (Top1, Top5, Top10, ... Top120).

本数据集涵盖AbEMap针对BM5.5数据集中21种新型抗原开展表位定位（epitope mapping）任务所生成的基于残基的汇总混淆矩阵，输入为对应抗体序列。
该文本文件包含了不同残基排序阈值（Top1、Top5、Top10……Top120）下，每一组抗体-抗原复合物的真阳性（True Positive，TP）、假阳性（False Positive，FP）、假阴性（False Negative，FN）与真阴性（True Negative，TN）的计数结果。
