All experiment was done according to the Affymetrix manufacturer’s protocol. The resulting HGF gingiva expression profile(Hereditary gingival fibromatosis patient Gingiva replicate1 and replicate 2)was compared to normal gingiva control(Normal Gingiva replicate1 and replicate2). The data were collected and analyzed by GCOS 1.2 and GeneSpring 7.2 1-way T test. Keywords: tissue specific expression profile Overall design: Hereditary gingival fibromatosis patient Gingiva (experimental) and Normal Gingiva (control) were used. N1 and P1 are gingiva tissue from female individuals while N2 and P2 are from male ones.
所有实验均严格遵循Affymetrix厂商的官方实验方案开展。所得的遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病(Hereditary gingival fibromatosis,简称HGF)患者牙龈表达谱(含生物学重复样本1与生物学重复样本2),与正常牙龈对照组(含生物学重复样本1与生物学重复样本2)进行了比对分析。数据的收集与分析工作通过GCOS 1.2与GeneSpring 7.2软件结合单因素t检验(1-way T test)完成。

实验设计:本研究采用遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病患者牙龈组织作为实验组,正常牙龈组织作为对照组。其中N1与P1取自女性个体的牙龈组织,N2与P2则取自男性个体的牙龈组织。
