In order to understand the genomic and transcriptomic variability of the axolotl pallium, as well as reconstruct their intrinsic gene regulatory networks, we performed single-nucleus multiome sequencing (RNA and open chromatin) of whole axolotl pallium.

为解析美西钝口螈端脑皮层的基因组与转录组变异特征，并重构其内源基因调控网络，我们对完整的美西钝口螈端脑皮层开展了单细胞核多组测序（single-nucleus multiome sequencing，含RNA测序与开放染色质测序）。
