Identification of influenza B virus host restriction factors Overall design: A549-dCas9 VP64 cells were transduced with the Calabrese whole-genome sgRNA activation library. The overexpression cell library was then infected with multiple rounds of influenza B virus and sgRNA enrichment was determined in the surviving populations after each round of infection.
