RNA-Seq: The transcriptional response to 1,25(OH)2D3 in human colonic organoids

Colonic organoids generated from one healthy individual were treated with 1,25(OH)2D3 or vehicle for 6 and 24h. Differential expressed genes are compared across treatments. Colonic organoids were generated from one healthy individual and treated with 1µM 1,25(OH)2D3 or vehicle (ethanol) for 6h and 24h in triplicates for all treatments and time points.
