Single-cell whole-genome sequencing reveals convergent evolution in Burkitt lymphoma

This depository contains all the post-PTATO filtered mutation calls (VCF files) of single-cells . Burkitt cells and normal B-cells were whole genome sequenced after Primary Template-directed Amplification (PTA)-based whole genome amplification.
