The core of this dataset is to provide strategic support for personalized user operations by analyzing the accumulation, usage, and validity status of loyalty points for members in the snack food industry, in conjunction with data models. By analyzing various cumulative point data, the current available valid points status of users can be accurately identified, and the percentile range of valid points can be determined in combination with the point redemption rate, so as to guide enterprises to formulate more targeted personalized point operation strategies, thereby boosting member activity centered on loyalty points and optimizing cost-effectiveness. This data methodology can be widely applied to various entities including the snack food industry, retail enterprises, telecommunications operators, medical and health institutions, and people's livelihood service providers, helping enterprises formulate personalized operation strategies via such analytical data, cut costs, and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Use the specific loyalty point account ID as the unique identifier, and clean and deduplicate the original data based on the data source model.

1. "Current Available Valid Points Value": The number of valid points currently usable in a member's account, calculated as: Cumulative Acquired Points - Cumulative Used Points - Cumulative Expired Points.
2. "Point Redemption Rate": The efficiency of point usage, calculated as (Cumulative Used Points / Cumulative Acquired Points) * 100%.
3. "PER_Valid Points Percentile": The percentile distribution of the current available valid points value among all members, accurate to two decimal places.
