本数据集为五节芒（Miscanthus sinensis，Msi）的基因表达（转录本每百万计数 TPM (Transcripts Per Million)）矩阵，通过Salmon与tximport工具生成，格式为制表符分隔值 TSV (Tab-Separated Values)。其参考基因组取自Phytozome数据库（版本7.1）。所用实验样本涵盖叶片，或叶片与茎部，相关数据均下载自NCBI的SRA (Sequence Read Archive)数据库。
