本数据集是基于课题一“薄膜应变传感器在减速器上的原位集成工艺、设计制造及可靠性技术“研究内容所产生的谐波减速器薄膜应变传感器性能验证及优化数据,对应指标1.1灵敏度因子、1.2TCR(电阻温度系数)、1.5最大量程。本数据集采用多种实验设备进行传感器性能测试与验证,输出传感器性能测试数据文件。①根据课题研究目标及研究内容开展谐波减速器薄膜应变传感器性能验证研究,在实验室环境下系统测试CuNi薄膜应变计和AgNPs薄膜温度传感器在不同工况下的性能表现,获取传感器实际应用性能数据。②基于薄膜传感器应用需求,按照提出的传感器验证方案,开展柔轮上薄膜应变传感器的应变测试、变温响应测试及疲劳测试,输出传感器性能验证数据,用于评估薄膜应变传感器在谐波减速器实际工作环境中的可靠性与稳定性。数据集内容包括:CuNi薄膜应变计的应变曲线与TCR数据、AgNPs薄膜温度传感器的TCR与循环曲线数据、柔轮上传感器的应变曲线与变温响应数据、以及谐波减速器柔轮疲劳测试数据。
This dataset comprises performance verification and optimization data for thin-film strain sensors on harmonic reducers, which is derived from Project 1 titled "In-situ Integration Process, Design, Manufacturing and Reliability Technology of Thin-film Strain Sensors on Harmonic Reducers". The corresponding test indicators include 1.1 Sensitivity Factor, 1.2 TCR (Temperature Coefficient of Resistance), and 1.5 Maximum Measuring Range.
This dataset is generated through sensor performance testing and validation using multiple experimental apparatuses, and outputs sensor performance test data files.
1) Conduct performance verification research on thin-film strain sensors for harmonic reducers in accordance with the project's research objectives and content. Systematically test the performance of CuNi thin-film strain gauges and AgNPs thin-film temperature sensors under various operating conditions in a laboratory environment to obtain actual application performance data of the sensors.
2) Based on the application requirements of thin-film sensors, carry out strain testing, temperature-varying response testing and fatigue testing of the thin-film strain sensors on the flexspline according to the proposed sensor verification scheme, and output sensor performance verification data for evaluating the reliability and stability of thin-film strain sensors in the actual working environment of harmonic reducers.
The dataset includes: strain curve and TCR data of CuNi thin-film strain gauges, TCR and cyclic curve data of AgNPs thin-film temperature sensors, strain curve and temperature-varying response data of sensors on the flexspline, as well as fatigue test data of the flexspline of harmonic reducers.
