面向法律条文的智能合约语言Sparrow数据集

本数据集面向法律条文的智能合约语言研究，系统集成了所设计的Sparrow语言运行环境工具、形式化语法规则以及配套的法律合约数据资源，构建了智能法律合约语言数据体系。数据集覆盖从语法定义、建模工具到实例合约的全流程内容，为智能法律合约的建模、分析与实现提供语言支撑。数据集不仅包含面向法律合约建模的15种Sparrow文件，还覆盖从语法定义、建模工具到实例合约的全流程数据，为智能法律合约的设计、分析与实现提供基础支撑。数据采集与建模过程于2023年6月至2024年6月期间完成，所有合约均由研究人员在统一建模规范下，使用Sparrow语言进行形式化描述，以保证法律语义、合同结构与执行逻辑之间的一致性与可解释性。在数据质量控制方面，通过多轮建模校验与交叉审查，确保合约类型覆盖的完整性、法律要素表达的准确性以及不同合同样本之间结构描述的一致性。本数据集采用开放共享方式发布，具有较高的复用价值，可为智能法律合约建模、法律文本形式化表示、合约自动执行与验证等方向提供基础数据支撑，并可服务于学术研究与智能合约系统工程实践的进一步探索。

This dataset is tailored for research on smart contract languages for legal clauses. It systematically integrates the custom-designed Sparrow language runtime environment tools, formal grammatical specifications, and supporting legal contract data resources, thus establishing a comprehensive data system for intelligent legal contract languages. The dataset covers the end-to-end workflow from grammar definition, modeling tools to actual contract instances, providing foundational language support for the modeling, analysis and implementation of intelligent legal contracts. Besides 15 Sparrow files dedicated to legal contract modeling, the dataset also encompasses full-process data covering grammar definition, modeling tools and contract instances, offering fundamental support for the design, analysis and implementation of intelligent legal contracts. The data collection and modeling work was conducted between June 2023 and June 2024. All contracts were formally specified by researchers using the Sparrow language under a unified modeling standard, ensuring the consistency and interpretability among legal semantics, contract structure and execution logic. For data quality assurance, multi-round modeling validation and cross-review were implemented to guarantee the completeness of contract type coverage, the accuracy of legal element expression, and the consistency of structural descriptions across different contract samples. This dataset is released under an open-access sharing framework, boasting high reusability. It can provide fundamental data support for research directions including intelligent legal contract modeling, formal representation of legal texts, automatic contract execution and verification, and facilitate further exploration in academic research and smart contract system engineering practices.
