Dose-dependent hepatic gene expression was examined following repeated exposure (every 4 days for 28 days) to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD). These data were used to examine the effect of repeated TCDD exposure as well as compare the performance of RNA-Seq and Agilent oligonucleotide microarrays for detection and identificatioin of differentially expressed genes. Five biological replicates for each dose (0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 1, 3, 10, 30) of TCDD and sesame oil vehicle
本研究针对2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并对二噁英(2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin,简称TCDD)开展每4天一次、总计28天的反复暴露实验,检测了其诱导的剂量依赖性肝脏基因表达变化。本数据集用于探究反复TCDD暴露的生物学效应,同时比较RNA测序(RNA-Seq)与安捷伦寡核苷酸微阵列在差异表达基因的检测与鉴定中的性能表现。各TCDD暴露剂量组(剂量梯度为0.01、0.03、0.1、0.3、1、3、10、30)及芝麻油赋形剂对照组均设置5个生物学重复。
