Neuroblastoma cell lines treated with DAC (2'-deoxy-5-azacytidine), a DNA-methylation inhibitor

8 neuroblastoma (NB) cell lines (CLB-GA, IMR-32, SH-SY5Y, N206, CHP-902R, LAN-2, SK-N-AS, SJNB-1) were profiled on the Affymetrix HGU-133plus2,0 platform before and after treatment with DAC (2'-deoxy-5-azacytidine) to investigate the influence on expression after inhibiting DNA-methylation 8 NB cell lines were included (CLB-GA, IMR-32, SH-SY5Y, N206, CHP-902R, LAN-2, SK-N-AS, SJNB-1), before and after treatment with 3 micromolars of DAC for 3 days

本数据集以8株神经母细胞瘤（neuroblastoma, NB）细胞系（CLB-GA、IMR-32、SH-SY5Y、N206、CHP-902R、LAN-2、SK-N-AS、SJNB-1）为研究对象，在Affymetrix HGU-133plus2.0基因芯片平台上完成了表达谱分析。所有细胞系均经3μM的DAC（2'-脱氧-5-氮杂胞苷，2'-deoxy-5-azacytidine）处理3天，分别采集给药前与给药后的样本，旨在探究DNA甲基化抑制对细胞基因表达的影响。
