Silurus asotus Genome sequencing and assembly

The Amur catfish (Silurus asotus), which exhibits a sexual dimorphism with female growth faster and bigger than male, is an economically important fish in Asia. The high-quality genome assembled in this work provides a valuable genomic resource for further biological and evolutionary studies of S. asotus.
