Kinetics of PAI-1 interactions with SMTB 1–44.

Responses were obtained by injecting stable mutant PAI-1 over immobilized SMTB 1–44 for 90 seconds at a flow rate of 30 µl/minute. Data were derived from Ka1 and Kd1 and fitted using the Langmuir (1∶1 binding) equation. Kinetic values obtained from the sensorgrams presented in Figure 3D.本实验以30 µl/分钟的流速将稳定突变型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1（PAI-1）流过固定化SMTB 1–44表面，孵育90秒后获取响应信号。数据由Ka1与Kd1衍生得到，并采用朗缪尔（1∶1结合）方程进行拟合。动力学参数提取自图3D所示的传感器图谱。
