These are usALEX smFRET burst data for measurements of lacCONS promoter DNA doubly labeled at different positions to probe bubble opening. Each construct is measured three times:<br>1. Free DNA2. RNAP-promoter open bubble (RPo) complex3. RPo complex after addition of all NTPs - promoter escape and run-off
本数据集为超快速交替激光激发单分子荧光共振能量转移（usALEX smFRET）爆发测量数据，用于对在不同位点进行双标记的lacCONS启动子DNA开展研究，以探究其启动子解链泡的打开情况。每个DNA构建体均完成三次重复测量：
1. 游离DNA样品
2. RNA聚合酶（RNA polymerase, RNAP）-启动子开放解链泡（RPo）复合物
3. 添加全部核苷三磷酸（Nucleoside triphosphate, NTPs）后的RPo复合物——此时已发生启动子逃逸与转录通读解离
