Promoter bubble opening and escape activities for different FRET lacCONS constructs

These are usALEX smFRET burst data for measurements of lacCONS promoter DNA doubly labeled at different positions to probe bubble opening. Each construct is measured three times:<br>1. Free DNA2. RNAP-promoter open bubble (RPo) complex3. RPo complex after addition of all NTPs - promoter escape and run-off本数据集为超快速交替激光激发单分子荧光共振能量转移（usALEX smFRET）爆发测量数据，用于对在不同位点进行双标记的lacCONS启动子DNA开展研究，以探究其启动子解链泡的打开情况。每个DNA构建体均完成三次重复测量： 1. 游离DNA样品 2.
