Effect of indobufen treatment on HFHC diet-induced MAPK activation and NASH in mice

RNA-seq was used to detect the MAPK activation and changes of gene expression profile in NASH using livers of vehicle or indobufen treated HFHC-fed mice本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，以赋形剂或吲哚布芬处理的高脂高胆固醇（HFHC）饮食喂养小鼠的肝脏组织为样本，检测非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）模型中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（MAPK）的激活情况及基因表达谱的变化。
