Catalytic Asymmetric Synthesis of Cyclic Sulfamides from Conjugated Dienes

This paper describes the catalytic asymmetric diamination of alkyl dienes using N,N′-di-tert-butylthiadiaziridine 1,1-dioxide in the presence of Pd(0) and a chiral phosphoramidite ligand to give cyclic sulfamides in high yield and high ee. The diamination is also amenable to gram scale.本论文报道了以N,N'-二叔丁基噻二氮丙啶1,1-二氧化物为胺化试剂，在零价钯（Pd(0)）与手性亚磷酰胺配体构成的催化体系中实现烷基二烯烃的催化不对称双胺化反应，可高产率、高对映体过量值（ee）得到环磺酰胺类产物。该双胺化反应还可实现克级规模制备。
