TCCSUP-Control/-Knockdown/-Knockout cells were incubated with DMEM/F12 supplemented with B27, N2, epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor in the presence of ethanol (mock), 100 nmol/L dexamethasone, and/or 1 mmol/L RU486. Cell clone was counted after 1 week.
