TCCSUP-Control/-Knockdown/-Knockout cells were incubated with DMEM/F12 supplemented with B27, N2, epidermal growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor in the presence of ethanol (mock), 100 nmol/L dexamethasone, and/or 1 mmol/L RU486. Cell clone was counted after 1 week.将TCCSUP对照、敲低及敲除细胞置于添加有B27、N2、表皮生长因子（epidermal growth factor）与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（basic fibroblast growth factor）的DMEM/F12培养基中，在乙醇（mock，溶剂对照）、100 nmol/L地塞米松以及/或1 mmol/L米非司酮（RU486）的存在条件下培养，培养1周后对细胞克隆进行计数。
