WFS service of the City of Meßstetten’s urban development plan “Pages I – 1st Change and Extension” transformed into INSPIRE based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，梅斯施泰滕市（Meßstetten）城市发展规划《第一部分——首次修改与扩充》的WFS（Web Feature Service）服务已被转换为符合INSPIRE（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，欧盟空间信息基础设施）标准的成果。
