为探究毛霉属（Mucor sp.）诱导植物生长加速的分子机制，本研究采用全基因组微阵列分析（whole genome microarray profiling）技术。以发芽后15天、处于两叶期幼苗阶段，经离体培养于MSR培养基中的接种处理的拟南芥（A. thaliana）地上部分的基因表达谱（Gene expression profiles）为分析对象。
