To determine fluoxetine-induced transcriptional signatures in GBM cancer cells, we performed RNA-sequencing analysis of three GBM patient-derived neurosphere cancer cell lines after fluoxetine or DMSO treatment. 为探究胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)癌细胞中氟西汀(fluoxetine)诱导的转录特征,我们对经氟西汀或二甲基亚砜(Dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO)处理后的3株胶质母细胞瘤患者来源的神经球癌细胞系开展了RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)分析。研究对3株癌细胞系中存在差异表达的基因及其相关转录特征进行了分析与鉴定。本数据集包含经5 μM氟西汀或DMSO处理42小时的3株胶质母细胞瘤神经球细胞系的mRNA表达谱。
