Research Background: This study aims to explore the differences in gene expression of microbial communities under different soil treatment conditions. The research focuses on the expression of specific functional genes (such as aioA, DrsB, arsM, arsC) with the addition of different materials. Experimental Design and Data Collection: We conducted qPCR experiments on 96 soil samples. qPCR Data Description: Absolute quantification was performed for 4 target genes. The standard curve method was used to determine gene expression levels. The data include the Ct value and relative expression level of each sample. Data Format and Content: The data have been uploaded as an Excel file, which contains the Ct value of each sample, gene name, reference gene Ct value and relative expression level. Each row represents one sample, and the columns include sample ID, Ct value of the target gene and Ct value of the reference gene. Data Usage Restrictions and Licensing: This dataset is licensed under CC BY-ND 4.0, which allows others to share the data in its original form but prohibits modification.
