<strong>risk_scores_per_bird-season.csv </strong> Mean and accumulated composite anthropogenic change exposure scores for 239 <em>Cuculus canorus</em> bird-seasons. Change exposure was calculated by combining ten years of tracking data from the British Trust for Ornithology Cuckoo Tracking Project with threat maps capturing direct mortality threats, habitat change, and climate change. Dataset includes metrics of autumn migratory route longitude at a bird-year level; an additional column indicates whether the bird-season is considered data-poor. <br> <strong>aggregated_risk_scores_per-site.csv</strong> Anthropogenic change exposure scores aggregated across bird-seasons from each of the eleven breeding site locations, and associated breeding site population change (calculated using BTO Bird Atlas Frequency Indices). <br> <strong>aggregated_risk_scores_per-site_data_poor_removed.csv</strong> As above, but where aggregated anthropogenic change exposure scores have been calculated excluding data-poor bird-seasons.
