Mouse lung tissue: normal (WT) vs. CF (ENaC-Tg). Mus musculus

Transcriptional profiling of mouse lung tissues. C57BL/6J mice were airway-specifically transfected with betaENaC to generate betaENaC-Tg mice. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, WT vs. ENaC-Tg cells of lung tissues. Biological replicates: One replicate per array.小鼠肺组织转录谱分析。以C57BL/6J小鼠为实验背景，通过气道特异性转染β上皮钠通道（betaENaC）构建betaENaC-Tg转基因小鼠。实验设计：设置双条件对照实验，对比肺组织来源的野生型（WT, Wild Type）细胞与ENaC-Tg细胞。生物学重复：每块基因芯片微阵列（array）对应1个生物学重复样本。
