Comparision of bone marrow cells between trisomy 8+ myelofibrosis vs. normal cells.

The goal of this study is to characterize gene expression profiles in individual hematopoietic cell types comparing trisomy 8+ myelofibrosis patients vs. normal donors. Primary bone marrow cells were collected from trisomy 8+ myelofibrosis patient or healthy normal donors. Following mononuclear cell isolation and RBC lysis, cells were applied to scRNA-seq analysis.
