The zip folder includes four datasets: Antirrhineae, Iochrominae, Loeselieae, and Quamoclit. Each clade has a file with flower color scoring (.csv), a BEAST input file (.xml), and the subsampled trees (..BEAST100.nex) that were used for analyses. The .R scripts are for running the full model MCMC with diversitree. See manuscript for model description.
