Analysis of microbial community in a PHA-accumulating enrichment culture constructed with ADD process. activated sludge metagenome

Microorganisms capable of accumulating PHA from acetate were enriched from activated sludge within a short period of 2 days with an optimum condition of aerobic dynamic discharge (ADD) process, and the microbial community compositions in the enrichment culture were analyzed by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
