Metabolomics Workbench mwTab and JSON formatted data files (as of Nov. 20th, 2020)

FigShare repository containing four .zip archives. The first, 'data_11_20_2020.zip' contains original 'mwTab' and JSON formatted data files downloaded from Metabolomics Workbench as of Nov 20th, 2020. The second, 'mwtab-dev.zip' contains a developer version of the 'mwtab' Python package which was used to analysis the Metabolomics Workbench data repository. The third, 'analysis.zip' contains the ipython notebook script which was used to conduct the analysis. The fourth and final, 'examples.zip' contains three ipython notebooks (and and html duplicates of each) which provide an API usage example (API_examples.ipynb), CLI usage example (CLI_examples.ipynb), and an example of how to find analyses associated with a specific disease (diabetes_examples.ipynb).
