Transcriptional responses to multiple Groucho dosages in D. melanogaster early embryos. Drosophila melanogaster

In this study, the transcriptomes of staged Drosophila melanogaster embryos were assayed in genetic backgrounds providing multiple levels of Groucho (Gro), a transcription factor involved in several developmental processes. These include embryos either expressing wild-type levels of Gro, maternally depleted for Gro, or overexpressing Gro at multiple levels.本研究对不同发育阶段的黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）胚胎的转录组进行了检测，所用实验材料的遗传背景可提供参与多种发育过程的转录因子Groucho（Gro）的多种表达水平。本次检测的胚胎包括三类：表达野生型水平Gro的胚胎、母源缺失Gro的胚胎，以及以多个水平过表达Gro的胚胎。
