Microscopic images and molecular sequences of the new record genus Amazoninema from China

Two thin filamentous cyanobacteria strains were successfully isolated from the soil crust in Harbin city, China. These strains are morphologically similar to species of the genus Amazoninema. Based on the similarity of the 16S rRNA gene sequences, the strains showed 100% similarity to the genus Amazoninema. Microscopic images and molecular sequences of this genus have been submitted this time.

本研究成功从中国哈尔滨市的土壤结皮中分离得到两株纤细丝状蓝细菌（cyanobacteria）菌株。这两株菌株在形态学特征上与Amazoninema属（Amazoninema）的物种高度相似。基于16S rRNA基因序列（16S rRNA gene sequences）的相似性分析结果显示，该两株菌株与Amazoninema属的序列相似度高达100%。本次研究已提交该属菌株的显微图像与分子序列数据。
