Rhizopus oryzae fermentations

Experimental data from Rhizopus oryzae fermentations including batch and continuous bioreactor runs using both glucose and xylose as the substrate. The fermentation conditions were varied with regard to the parameters of pH, dissolved oxygen, substrate concentration and nitrogen addition.本数据集收录米根霉（Rhizopus oryzae）发酵实验数据，涵盖以葡萄糖和木糖为底物的分批式与连续式生物反应器培养实验。实验中以pH、溶解氧（dissolved oxygen）、底物浓度及氮源添加量为变量调控发酵条件。
