Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P1C1 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.

本数据集为针对通过NCIB 3610菌株与RO-NN-1菌株随机重组获得的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis，B. subtilis）突变菌株所开展的基因组重测序研究。该突变菌株的基因组序列约80%来源于RO-NN-1菌株，剩余序列则包含随机交换自NCIB 3610的基因组片段。
