Performance evaluation of sequencing data using Swift Accel-Amplicon CFTR Panel_BAMs

We evaluate the performance using Swift Biosciences Accel-Amplicon CFTR Capture Panel with CF-positive DNA samples. We provide the fastq files on seven CFTR-positive samples and one normal control sample (14 samples processed including repeated samples). This method has generated sequencing data with high coverage and near 100% on-target percentage.

本研究采用Swift Biosciences公司的Accel-Amplicon CFTR捕获面板（Accel-Amplicon CFTR Capture Panel），以囊性纤维化阳性DNA样本为实验材料，对该测序方法的性能展开评估。本研究提供7例CFTR阳性样本与1例正常对照样本的FASTQ格式测序文件（FASTQ files），含重复样本在内共计处理样本14例。该方法所生成的测序数据具备较高覆盖度，且靶序列比对率接近100%。
