To examine the effects of 20E treatment on mosquito gene expression, treated mosquito cells were examined by RNA-seq to determine the influence of 20E treatment. Overall design: Mosquito cell lines were exposed to 10% ethanol (control) or 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) in 10% ethanol. After exposure for 24 hrs, cells were harvested for RNA isolation. Samples were collected from four independent biological experiments.
为探究20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-hydroxyecdysone, 20E)处理对蚊虫基因表达的影响,本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术对经20E处理的蚊虫细胞进行检测,以明确20E处理的作用效果。实验总体设计:蚊虫细胞系分别经含10%乙醇的溶剂(对照组)与溶解于10%乙醇的20-羟基蜕皮酮(20E)溶液处理。处理24小时后,收集细胞并提取RNA。所有样本均来自4次独立生物学重复实验。
