This dataset contains the processed results derived from 4D-STEM measurements, including spatially resolved strain mapping and the corresponding adsorption energy distributions. Files related to strain mapping (e.g., CoSn_Strain.mat, CuCoSn_Strain.mat, Fig2a_Strainmapping.m) provide the real-space strain fields extracted from 4D-STEM diffraction datasets, together with analyses of strain periodicity (MEOH_StrainPeriod.mat) and EDS-derived elemental periodicity (EDS_Period.mat, EDS_Ratio.mat), which characterize the coupled structural and compositional modulation at the nanoscale. Files such as ActivationEnergy.mat, ActivationEnergy1.mat, and Period_AE.mat, etc., present the calculated adsorption energy maps and their associated statistical or periodic analyses.
