Oct1/Pou2f1 is selectively required for gut regeneration and regulates gut malignancy

As part of a larger study focused on deletion of Oct1 (Pou2f1) in the mouse gut, we identify Oct1 target genes in HCT116 colon carcinomal cells, with H3K4me3 and input controls. Identified target genes are associated with mitotic stability, metabolism, stress response and malignancy. 本研究作为一项聚焦小鼠肠道中Oct1（Pou2f1）基因敲除的大型研究的组成部分，我们在HCT116结肠癌细胞中鉴定Oct1的靶基因，并同步开展组蛋白H3第4位赖氨酸三甲基化（H3K4me3）富集检测与输入对照实验。所鉴定的靶基因与有丝分裂稳定性、代谢、应激反应及恶性表型密切相关。实验设计概述：对富集Oct1或H3K4me3的DNA片段以及输入对照样本进行三重复测序。
