薄膜铌酸锂波分复用器/解复用器是光电子集成关键组件之一，面向光通信等应用需求。该器件的通道数的测试方法为：可调谐电压源输出的电压通过直流探针及位移台加载至片上波分复用器/解复用器件，通过控制输出电压实现波分复用器件工作波长的控制。利用ASE光源输至片上波分复用器/解复用器件，经过片上的波分复用器/解复用器传输通过光谱仪测得输出光谱性能，改变输出端口测得不同信道数目的性能参数。数据量为5个传输光谱。

Thin-film lithium niobate wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer is one of the core components in optoelectronic integration, catering to application demands such as optical communications. The testing method for the channel count of this device is as follows: The voltage output by a tunable voltage source is applied to the on-chip wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer via a DC probe and a displacement stage, and the operating wavelength of the device is adjusted by controlling the output voltage. An amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source is used to inject light into the on-chip wavelength division multiplexer/demultiplexer. The output spectral performance is measured by a spectrometer after the light is transmitted through the on-chip device, and performance parameters corresponding to different channel counts are obtained by switching the output port. The dataset contains 5 transmission spectra.
