After 11 days after pollination (DAP), the ears of three reciprocal crosses (BM-C/C-BM, MB-C/C-MB) were collected endosperm. In this study, BM-C/C-BM represent the crosses of (B73 X Mo17) X CAU5 and the cross of CAU5 X (B73 X Mo17), and MB-C/C-MB means the reciprocal cross of (Mo17 X B73) X CAU5 and CAU5 X (Mo17 X B73).

于授粉后11天（Days After Pollination，DAP），采集三个正反交组合（BM-C/C-BM、MB-C/C-MB）的果穗胚乳。本研究中，BM-C/C-BM指代(B73 × Mo17) × CAU5及其反向杂交组合CAU5 × (B73 × Mo17)；MB-C/C-MB则指代(Mo17 × B73) × CAU5及其反向杂交组合CAU5 × (Mo17 × B73)。
