In recent years, the rapid growth of mobile banking technologies has enabled innovations in payment systems, therefore improving financial accessibility in emerging economies such as Indonesia, where more than 100 million people remain unbanked. This study proposes a framework strategy for improving the adoption of mobile banking services regarding the financial risk and privacy risks that remain challenging in emerging markets based on expert opinion using the analytical hierarchy process. The results show that IT Management plays a vital role in in improving mobile banking adoption by implementing and strengthening cybersecurity to protect consumers, followed by the importance of business requirements prepared by the Product Owner, the willingness of Bank Consumers to install the most updated mobile banking services, and the security standards and guidelines established by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
近年来,移动银行技术的迅猛发展推动了支付系统的创新,进而提升了印度尼西亚等新兴经济体的金融普惠水平——在这些地区仍有超1亿人口未获得银行服务。针对新兴市场中仍颇具挑战的金融风险与隐私风险问题,本研究基于专家意见,运用层次分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process),提出了一套提升移动银行服务采纳率的框架策略。研究结果显示,信息技术管理(IT Management)在提升移动银行服务采纳率方面发挥着至关重要的作用:通过部署并强化网络安全防护以保护消费者权益;其次依次为产品负责人(Product Owner)制定的业务需求、银行消费者安装最新版移动银行服务的意愿,以及金融服务监管机构(Financial Services Regulatory Authority)制定的安全标准与指南。
