Deleted Items of Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool (DPET-M)

This document contains the supplementary materials (Appendix Table) for the study titled "KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES, AND READINESS TO PRACTICE REGARDING DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AMONG HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN MYANMAR: ADAPTATION AND VALIDATION OF THE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS EVALUATION TOOL (DPET-M)", currently under review. The items were carefully selected for the study to assess participants' knowledge, attitudes, and readiness to practice regarding disaster preparedness. The survey tool was developed based on previous research in the field and was adapted to align with the local context of Myanmar. Due to the ongoing review process of the main article, the DOI for this document will be updated once the article is accepted and published. The contents of this supplementary table have been made publicly available for transparency and reference by other researchers in disaster preparedness and public health.本文件为目前处于审稿阶段的研究《缅甸医疗专业人员灾害准备相关知识、态度与实践意愿：灾害准备评估工具（DPET-M）的改编与验证》的补充材料（附录表格）。本研究精心筛选问卷条目，旨在评估受访者在灾害准备领域的知识水平、态度倾向与实践意愿。本调研工具依托该领域已有研究开发，并针对缅甸本土实际情境完成适配调整。由于主稿件仍处于审稿流程，本补充材料的数字对象标识符（Digital Object Identifier, DOI）将在主稿件被录用并正式发表后更新。为提升研究透明度，并供灾害准备与公共卫生领域的其他研究人员参考，本附录表格的相关内容已对外公开。
