Oxford Nanopore sequencing data for Merlangius merlangus

This repository contains the raw sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore sequencing. Currently, is it not possible to deposit this in INSDC, but recalling bases from this raw sequencing data can be really useful for genome assembly projects.

本仓库收录了来自牛津纳米孔测序（Oxford Nanopore Sequencing）的原始测序数据。目前该数据集无法存入国际核酸序列数据库联盟（International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration，简称INSDC），但从该原始测序数据中重新进行碱基识别，可在基因组组装项目中发挥重要价值。
